Sessions are intentionally brief (30 seconds to 5 minutes) so you can reset quickly and return to your day with more clarity.

We prioritize privacy: your session history and reflections stay on your device unless you choose to export or sync. The app is designed to be non-triggering and flexible — use only what helps you.
